Reservations and Availability

Room rates are seasonal so check the rate of a specific room by going to the Availability Tab and Calendar.  Type in the dates and number of nights you'd like to stay and the Calendar will provide you with availability and quote the amount for your stay.

Be sure to view our Specials and Packages and check the Pet Policy.

Rates are quoted for double occupancy (two people per room). Extra people are $25 per person per night; children 12 years and under are $15 per child per night.  Infants are free (under 12 months).  We prefer a two-night minimum stay especially on weekends and holidays and throughout the summer months though we accept single night stays 10 days before a stay date so call to ask about availability.   A 10% room tax will be added to the total.  We accept pets in specific rooms and charge a $20 fee for length of stay.  Please read our Pet Policy.  We do not provide cots, rollaways, cribs or have phones or television in the rooms.  The exception is for Riverview Loft and the Moose Lodge Suites.  These rooms have TV/CD.

·         Reservations can be made online from this website (Click on ‘Check Availability’ tab).  You may also call us to make a reservation.  The best time is after breakfast @ 10 a.m. til 7 p.m PST.

·         If you have to cancel within seven days of your stay and we do not rent the room to someone else we charge your card for one night stay.  Cancellations prior to seven days will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

·         Early departures will be charged for the full reserved time period.

·         The RiverviewLoft and either/both of the Moose Lodge Suites I & II are family & pet friendly.

FAQ’s

When is check-in/out time?   Our check-in time is between 4-6pm.  Earlier arrivals are possible with advance notice.  It is imperative that you call to let us know if you are running late.  We can make special arrangements for a pre-arranged late arrival.

Do you have handicap Accessible rooms?  We do have rooms accessible to wheelchairs or people who have difficulty with stairs.

What about parking?   We do not have private  or off-street parking.  As with most historic areas or old neighborhoods off-street parking is not available or at a premium.  However, the street parking here is free and unrestricted and close to the Inn.  The Inn is located in a business district, but after 5 pm and weekends there are ample spaces.  We are in a very safe area.

What is the smoking policy?  Smoking is not allowed indoors.  However, a large back porch and upstairs balconies are convenient for smokers.  But doors and windows must be closed.

Do you have air conditioning?  Air conditioning is not necessary here in Astoria where summer temps hardly ever exceed @80 degrees!

Do you have stairs?  The Inn is situated from the street level by several steps to the entry and main floor.  There are steps to the second floor rooms as well.  Astoria is a hilly city and most of the Victorians have lots of stairs.  If stairs are a problem we can provide entrance to the rooms on the main floor through the gardens and kitchen – no stairs.  The access to the Moose Lodge Suites have no stairs and both rooms are on the same level.  The Riverview Loft has one flight of internal stairs to its second floor bedroom.

Are you gay/lesbian friendly?  Yes.

Do you accept pets or children?  Yes, the Moose Lodge Suites and the Riverview Loft are family/pet friendly.  There is a $20 length-of-stay pet fee up to 2 dogs.  We have great ideas for walking pets and places for kids to enjoy.

Do you have an early check-out breakfast?  We serve a light menu for early departures.
